It’s been a while, and amidst my computer failures and not having access to the net, the second part of our series has finally been re-written. So in this part we will discuss the general hardware and camera side of things. So lets get into it.
With the iPhone 4 launched and stock at it’s rarest, Samsung’s Galaxy S starting to come back into stock. I thought it would be a good time to sit down and compare the to best smart phones in the market right now, the Apple iPhone 4 and the Samsung Galaxy S. Having both of these devices in my possession has allowed me to do some direct comparisons on such things like, screen quality, signal, multimedia, apps and overall usability of both devices. With the launch of the iPhone 4 over and stock pretty much non-existent in retail channels. When do you think stores are going to have stock for walk-ins? Well according to the information i have been receiving, weeks if not months is the time frame I have come to. Read on to find out why.
So after Telstra and Optus announced their iPhone 4 pricing, along come Vodafone and Three with theirs. Vodafone will launch the handset at 5 different price points, $29, $49, $69, $79 and $99, wheereas Three will only launch with 3, $39, $49 and $79. Apple have rolled out their latest iOS update – 4.0.1, it’s the first update in the iOS 4 software. It doesn’t do a great deal, it merely makes the signal bars larger on the left hand side and contains some bug fixes and improvements. What are you waiting for? In prep for the iPhone 4 launch here in Australia, Optus are now currently rolling out, across all core stores and dealers, training for the iPhone 4.
