In prep for the iPhone 4 launch here in Australia, Optus are now currently rolling out, across all core stores and dealers, training for the iPhone 4. Now we all know that the iPhone 4 is due to hit our shores late this month, when exactly we are not sure. So hopefully with this training and more information leaking out over the next few days, we can get a more clear picture. Could the 28th actually be the correct date? As always, time will tell.

So they are training them on how to use a phone that doesn’t work… I can’t believe they are actually going to release a phone that has a well documented problem, without a fix.
I think the software update will fix some major issues with it, its more of a case of the bars not being shown correctly, only minor amount of people have had issues with more dropped calls.
they will be training them on the correct way to hold the phone?
The 4 also has a nasty habit of continually dropping the SIM card , and no amount of SIM replacement , or resetting seems to cure it. Looks to maybe be a logic board issue , but is not yet acknowledged as an ‘official’ prob YET!
It will definatly be something i will test when i get my hands on one.
Why release a phone that has the possibility of being recalled?
it wont be recalled, i can guarantee it.
So instead they’ll admit there is a problem that isn’t a problem. Good work Apple, you suck.
